Jenny Nguyen

Jenny Nguyen officially became the CEO of Zen City Foundation in June 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the role. Jenny has been an integral part of the organization since 2019, progressing from Administrative roles to Manager, and ultimately to CEO. Over the past five years, she has been instrumental in driving the Foundation's mission to foster sustainable growth and in helping colleagues and students achieve their goals.

Guided by the devoted founder, Mr. Khanh Nguyen, Jenny is proudly certified as a Vietnamese and English Language Teacher Trainer. Her expertise spans a diverse range of fields, including strategic planning, program development, human psychology, and data analytics. This comprehensive skill set has been pivotal in expanding the Foundation’s reach and impact, enabling it to serve more communities and improve more lives.

Jenny’s leadership style is characterized by her commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. She believes in empowering her team and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have led to the successful implementation of several key initiatives at Zen City Foundation.

In her personal time, Jenny enjoys trying new food, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with her family. She is dedicated to making a positive difference in the world and is always looking for innovative ways to further the Foundation's mission.
